Although we keep a 4 day a week homeschool schedule, we still have prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance and bible study on Fridays.

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
"Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you."
Maybe a difficult idea for a 5 year old to soak in, especially when she wants everything she sees in the stores and on TV. But all I need to do is plant that seed:-)
Hope everyone has an awesome weekend. We will be tending to a much neglected yard and garden over the weekend and spending some much needed down time with each other. Maybe a few movies and some front porch sittin' will be in store for us too:-)
