The day has started out rough. The time change always messes with me and the kids. They slept until nearly ten this morning!
But we seem to be in the swing of things now. Cheyenne is working on a letter and card for Grandma and then we will be working on math. She is grasping addition much better nowadays. We have been working out of Evan-Moor Skill Sharpening Math 1st grade. She likes it very much and so do I. Kindergarten stuff was too simple for her and she became bored easily. So we had to move up to a first grade book. But it was hard to find one that was appropriate for her, she seems to be right in the middle of kindergarten and 1st grade curriculum when it comes to math.
Otherwise today we will paint which is always a fun time. Will post pics later!
